LOGOS APOSTOLIC ORPHANAGE (under construction) AT NDHIWA IN KENYA

Here are some pictures of Logos Apostolic Orphan Aid project in Kenya, an orphanage under construction at Ndhiwa where the children can be provided with food, clothes, shelter, and a Christian education. The land has been purchased and the buildings started, but waiting for the funds to finish it. At the time of the photographs, June 2009, the walls were built but there was no roof structure or roof. There were no interior furnishings in the orphanage or in the house. The site contains some toilets, and a well that provides clean water for part of the year. It needs to be dug deeper to provide water during the dry season. The site contains enough space for more buildings if required.

This project has been suspended through lack of funds, and the land has been rented out to try and raise some funds. The future of this orphanage is now uncertain.
